Early Spring Harvest –One of China's most celebrated high elevation green teas, harvested only once a year in small amounts. All processing steps are done by hand. When brewed this tippy pan-fired tea with crimped "dragon like" spirals is transformed into uniform leaves and leaf buds indicating careful hand-sorting. With its well-balanced taste profile–rich, clean and refreshing followed by a mellow chestnut-y finish, this tea will engage all the senses.

To brew, steep 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup in water below boiling (180°) for 1-2 minutes. Will yield multiple infusions.
