Derived from a plant that is common to most Southeast Asian countries, butterfly pea flower has been brewed for centuries but only recently introduced to tea drinkers outside the indigenous areas. The full flower buds and mango pieces brew a gorgeous blue liquor with mild aroma of apples & cinnamon. Naturally sweet and citrusy with a surprisingly luscious mouth feel. Packed with antioxidants. Accents wonderfully with honey but is not needed.
