This Ming Qian black tea hails from Hunan province, China, near the Zhangjiajie National Forest. The whole leaf is slender and honey golden with a perfect twist. Picked in early spring, the honey and cocoa aroma fills the cup, priming the palate for a complex sweet, smooth richness. With every sip the flavors develop and engage. Similar to a Keemun yet with slightly more body that can stand up to milk.
