This tea comes from Wuyi Shan, the northwestern mountain range of Fujian Province. It is harvested in early spring. Grown at 3,000 feet, this "rock" or "cliff" tea, nurtured by low hanging clouds and mist has been hand-processed under the guidance of Tea Master Zhengmei Liu. Well-rounded and balanced, this unique tea suggests a taste profile reminiscent of milk and roasted grain.
